Gregory Baranszky
Gregory Baranszky
Mr. Baranszky is the Managing Director of Kennedy Information Advisors (KIA). He is well known in the management consulting industry for his work in sizing the consulting market, analyzing trends, and advising firms on growth strategy and operational performance. He serves as senior project manager for KIA and directs the work of all KIA staff.

Mr. Baranszky's recent work includes managing an exhaustive analysis of the global public sector IT consulting marketplace for a Fortune 500 technology company, completing a similar analysis of the global HR consulting marketplace for a top 10 global HR consulting firm, and conducting a strategic assessment of consulting market entry options for a Global 1000 technology and IT services company. He is the co-author of several research reports on the management consulting marketplace, including The Global Information Technology Management Consulting Marketplace, The Global Human Resources Management Consulting Marketplace and Mergers & Acquisitions in Management Consulting. He has been with KIA since he co-founded the unit in 1998.

Prior to his work at KIA, Mr. Baranszky was Research Manager at Zoetics in New York, a marketing consulting firm. Clients for which he led research include Time Warner, Kraft Foods (Gevalia Kaffe), Bozell Advertising, Avon, Duracell, AT&T Universal Card, and KPMG. He is a graduate of New York University, where he was a Tisch Scholar.

JJ Sendelbach
JJ Sendelbach
Mr. Sendelbach is Director of Strategy & Technology at Kennedy Information Advisors with deep experience on both the buy-and-sell-side of management consulting. He directs strategy projects and projects that involve the convergence of corporate strategy and technology. Mr. Sendelbach's recent work includes leading an organization design project for a Fortune 500 technology company and research and analysis of the global banking technology market for a top 20 global IT consulting firm.

Prior to his work at KIA, Mr. Sendelbach was employed by several global financial services and management consulting organizations, including Deutsche Bank (where he was Managing Director for Operations, Strategy and Information Services in the US) and Droege & Company). During his 10 years as a management consultant, he has been responsible for meeting sales targets and targets for managed book of business. His expertise lies in devising and executing strategies with an emphasis on growth management, mergers & acquisitions, cost containment, process improvement and sourcing.

In his role as a senior financial services executive for over a decade, Mr. Sendelbach hired and managed leading management consulting firms, including McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, A.T. Kearney, CSC, Mercer Oliver Wyman, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Michael Hammer. Mr. Sendelbach is fluent in English and German. He holds the German MBA equivalent from the University of Würzburg (ranked one of the top 10 universities in Germany).

Steve Crandall
Steve Crandall
Mr. Crandall is Director, Benchmarking & Research of Kennedy Information Advisors at KIA. In this role, Mr. Crandall leads KIA's work in sizing and segmenting the management consulting, IT services, and outsourcing markets and in analyzing operational benchmarks that allow KIA to consult on management consulting firm performance. He directs the analytical work of other KIA staff and designs the quantitative component of KIA strategy and operations projects.

Mr. Crandall's recent work includes heading quantitative analysis for an assessment of the global public sector IT consulting marketplace for a Fortune 500 technology company and market sizing and segmentation for a top ten global IT consulting provider. In addition to his work at KIA, he also supervises and conducts research and analysis for Kennedy Information Research Group reports on the management consulting industry. His research and analysis has appeared in other KI publications, including Consultants News, Consulting Magazine and Global IT Services Report.

Prior to KIA, Mr. Crandall was employed as a Senior Associate at a New York-based strategy consulting boutique. He worked on projects to increase clients' market share, enter new markets, acquire/divest lines of business, and determine the viability of new businesses. Prior to this, Mr. Crandall was a Senior Manager at Milberg Factors, Inc., a New York-based commercial finance firm.

Tony Lemberger
Tony Lemberger
Mr. Lemberger is the Director of Strategic Sourcing for Kennedy Information Advisors. He possesses over 19 years experience in the management consulting industry helping Fortune 500 companies improve their supply chain processes that yield significant increases in shareholder value. In addition to directing strategic sourcing initiatives for KIA, Mr. Lemberger also serves as Senior Director for client engagements.

Mr. Lemberger has led strategic sourcing and supply chain initiatives at companies in the telecommunications, high technology, pharmaceutical and financial services industries to improve competitive positioning through better management of professional services, contract labor, and technology expenditures; and the implementation of more rigorous category management best practices. He has sourced and managed more than $600 million of professional services spend.

Prior to joining KIA, Mr. Lemberger was a senior-level Principal with A.T. Kearney, held Vice President positions at other consulting firms, and was a managing partner with a boutique firm focused on IT strategy and transformation. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin and completed graduate course work at Stanford University.
